DONALDSON-TORIT  96 HPT Baghouse Dust Collection System with Rotary Air Lock (RAL).
Second Enclosure unit is a heavy dust  primary  separation unit with separate RAL.
Currently both units installed wiht a gravity discharge from their RAL to a common waster collection container with a levelling auger running across, below the two RAL's.

Fan:
Air handling blower powered by a belt-driven TEFC motor both mounted on platform. Blower with 30" Diameter Inlet & 23" x 26" Outlet.
Specifications:
Contains (96) oval 16 oz. filter bags that are 96" long, having 9.95 sq. ft each. for a total of 955 square ft of effective filter area. Allows 9,600 - 17,000 CFM depending on application and fan provided.
Media Cleaning:
POWER-FLO's 'Super Sonic Nozzles - converging-diverging' design with High Pressure Pulse Jet allows much higher Air-to-Cloth Ratio. High entry inlet adds to high efficiency. Oval bags. Heavy duty tubesheet is 1/4" thick. Top access filter maintenance on clean air side.

Material Handling Radial Bladed CINCINNATI  FAN "RBE-19" 40 HP Belt-driven blower, S/N 7029H, with pproximately 16" Inlet & Approximately 14" x 26" Outlet.

Thru a TORIT approx 16" Rotary Air Lock
