This Brand New Electronic Ignition Conversion Kit replaces the  points and condenser with an electronic module. For use with  12 volt negative   ground applications or 6 volt systems that have been converted to 12 volt negative ground systems. It comes with the manufacturers warranty and is compatible with Case IH Tractors:
