First, we ship quite a few commercial water heaters and air conditioners and know how to ship them safely and securely. This will be secured onto a new solid pallet and crated very well for the buyer. For sale we have a brand new Mitsubishi PUZ-HA24NHA H2i Mini Split Heat Pump Air Conditioner outdoor unit. This is the Hyper-Heat model that gives much more effective heat at a lower temperature (to -13F) than the standard mini-split models. It is a 2 ton, 21.5 SEER, 24,000 btu, 208/230V single phase unit. Many different indoor unit options are available for this unit as it is a new 2020 model. The last few pictures have additional specs and dimensions. Fully functional, but there are some scratches and some small creasing on the front panel frame in one small area that do not effect function. See second picture. I took a picture (#3) of the panel off under to show it is undamaged underneath. It is fully functional.

Items will be prepared well for freight shipments. They will be put on a good solid pallet, secured, and crated. A picture of the item crated for shipment will be sent to all buyers day of shipment.
